Hope the ice and stuff helps with your knee.
Sometimes a little distance gives you a different perspective on a run/race. (I was disappointed in my Saturday run, but the next day, I felt actually pretty good about it when I realized all the positive stuff.)
I hope that happens for you!Courtney @ I CAN DO THIShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17188541471608922904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3769770340431980151.post-28446719500076084672010-10-18T05:19:29.131-04:002010-10-18T05:19:29.131-04:00Congratulations on the PR!Congratulations on the PR!Steel Springshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04173650079862150385noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3769770340431980151.post-48605824603075490412010-10-18T00:12:58.821-04:002010-10-18T00:12:58.821-04:00all mental! we all have off and on days and unfor...all mental! we all have off and on days and unfortunately races don't always land on those good days. treat these next few races as "push urself training runs".
